Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • MUST have experience at a Marriott Hotel either current or recent.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in revenue management within the hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in revenue management systems (e.g., Opera, Duetto) and hotel PMS systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while analyzing data and attending meetings.
  • Some walking and light physical activity during on-site inspections, team events, or industry conferences.
  • Occasionally lift or carry items up to 15 pounds.
  • Able to sit at a desk for extended periods of time.

  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting revenue performance and opportunities.
  • Lead the weekly Revenue Strategy meetings with key stakeholders.
