Job Description You will serve as a key leader within the hotel, actively supporting the daily operations of the sales team by motivating, coaching, and guiding them toward achieving strong results. You will assist in preparing the annual departmental operating budget as well as the hotel’s sales, marketing, and business plans. In collaboration with the Revenue Manager, you will contribute to sales forecasting and participate in developing special events and sales initiatives to position the hotel to potential clients. You will help cultivate relationships with key accounts and confidently explore new market opportunities. Your role will also include representing the hotel at trade shows and major market events, both locally and nationally, to promote business growth and drive overall sales performance. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in a related field • Minimum five years of experience in hotel sales and marketing • Experience working with luxury hotel brands • Background in revenue management and forecasting • Strong ability to influence and persuade, with excellent negotiation skills • Solid sales knowledge supported by strong analytical capabilities • Proficiency in both Khmer and English, with strong communication skills in both languages
