AYANA Hospitality is in search of a dynamic Assistant Director of Sales for our prestigious AYANA Midplaza Jakarta property. This role calls for a strategic thinker with a passion for the hospitality industry and a proven ability to drive sales and enhance customer relationships. As an Assistant Director of Sales, you will be responsible for leading the sales team, formulating sales strategies, and fostering long-term relationships with key clients to maximize revenue and achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement aggressive sales plans to achieve revenue and market share growth Manage and mentor the sales team to ensure optimum performance and professional development Adeptly handle key client accounts and negotiate contracts to secure business Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and evaluate competitor activity Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts to inform strategy and decision-making Participate in promotional events and trade shows to enhance the hotel’s visibility Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality sector, with at least 2 years in a managerial role Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Excellent leadership and team management skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in using hotel management software and CRM systems Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Indonesian is preferred Strong analytical skills and the ability to utilize data-driven insights to inform decisions
