Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Director of Sales - Leisure to join our Sales & Marketing team reporting to Director of Sales & Marketing. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing our leisure sales operations.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue in the leisure sector
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the industry
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients and partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management
  • Forecast sales, set targets, and develop action plans to ensure consistent growth
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote our brand and services

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management in similar role for a reputed Hotel in Dubai.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive Leisure market
  • Exposure to Corporate Segment would be a Plus.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales analytics tools
  • In-depth knowledge of the leisure industry, including current trends and market dynamics
  • Strong presentation and public speaking abilities
