Job Description
Mondrian Gold Coast is on the sun-drenched esplanade of the iconic Burleigh Beach. This destination lifestyle precinct is a vision of some of Australia and the world’s most celebrated changemakers, risk takers and creative thinkers.
As a key member of the sales department, you will partner closely with the DOS and senior leaders to drive resort products and services appropriately. Coordination within the sales team to meet collective sales goals and maximize revenue by using industry best practices and emerging techniques. Assist with creating and developing new sales strategies to raise awareness of products and services among new and existing customers.

Responsibilities
  • Will drive the Leisure and Luxury Sector.
  • Research and secure new business opportunities within the Leisure & Luxury Market segments
  • Assist the DOS in preparation of budget and sales activity, strategies and plans.
  • Investigate / follow-up on all major sales leads in that sector - maintaining an effective trace system to convert potential business and lapsed business.
  • Liaise with the Accor Global/National Sales Team to identify and target clients from existing customer base.
  • Provide regular progress & Return on Investment (ROI) reports on target accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Identify organisations/individuals that will benefit the Resorts’ sales activities in the Leisure & Luxury sector and arrange appropriate famils to create awareness of the product/services, ensuring follow up on ROI is made.
  • Maximise revenue by promoting property products including restaurants, spa and other outlets by cross selling/upselling.
