As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in driving revenue performance, strengthening brand positioning, and supporting the hotel’s continued success in one of Southeast Asia’s most competitive markets. The Role Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will assist in overseeing all facets of Sales, Marketing, Public Relations, and Revenue Management. Your focus will be to support the execution of innovative strategies that maximize RGI, PGI, and GOP, ensuring the hotel remains a preferred choice for both business and leisure travelers. Key Responsibilities * Commercial Strategy Support: Assist in the development and execution of annual business plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets. * Revenue Performance: Drive results across key segments—Groups, Corporate, and Leisure—while supporting effective pricing and yield strategies. * Brand & Marketing Execution: Support the implementation of impactful marketing campaigns, partnerships, and brand initiatives aligned with luxury positioning. * Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and service excellence. * Client & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to generate business opportunities. * Reporting & Analysis: Provide insights through regular performance reports, market intelligence, and competitor analysis to support strategic decisions. Requirements * Relevant Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a senior sales role or as an Assistant Director of Sales & Marketing within a luxury hotel environment. * Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Jakarta or Southeast Asia market is highly advantageous. * Financial Understanding: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and support revenue optimization. * Communication Skills: Professional, confident, and persuasive communication in English; additional languages are an advantage. * Leadership Potential: A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to lead teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
