As an Assistant Director of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the overall sales strategy and objectives of the hotel. Working closely with the Head of Sales, you will contribute to revenue generation, client relationship management, and the overall success of the sales team. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to build brand visibility. Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless and positive guest experience. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in market dynamics. Handle specific key accounts and develop strategies to maximize their contribution to the hotel's success. Uphold the hotel's brand standards and contribute to its overall market positioning.
