Job Description We are seeking an accomplished Assistant Director of Sales or Senior Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales organization in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This is a strategic leadership position where you will drive revenue growth, build and mentor high-performing sales teams, and develop comprehensive sales strategies that align with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales acumen with proven leadership capabilities to elevate our sales performance and market presence in the region. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets and organizational goals Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales strategies Oversee sales pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting to ensure accurate visibility into business performance Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to team members to enhance their skill sets and career development Collaborate with cross-functional departments including marketing, operations, and finance to align sales initiatives with broader business objectives Customize sales approaches and solutions to meet diverse customer needs and market segments Monitor and analyze sales metrics, KPIs, and performance data to drive informed decision-making Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to strengthen market positioning Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field Minimum 7-10 years of progressive sales management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or assistant director-level role Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing sales strategies across B2B and/or B2C environments Strong proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms) and sales analytics tools Excellent leadership and team management skills with experience building and developing high-performing sales teams Advanced negotiation and consultative selling skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to interpret sales data and market insights Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and sales management software Experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue optimization Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment and adapt to changing market conditions Preferred: Experience in the UAE or Middle Eastern market; multilingual capabilities; experience with sales operations and process improvement Company Location: Dukes the Palm, Dubai and NH Collection Dubai
