Description:
The individual will be managing a cluster of hotels in Sentosa. The enclave of hotels in Sentosa by Far East Hospitality is home to four uniquely-designed offerings – bespoke luxury at The Barracks Hotel Sentosa, pragmatic wellness at Oasia Resort Sentosa, adults-exclusive at The Outpost Hotel Sentosa, and family-fun at Village Hotel Sentosa. Guests staying at these hotels will get to enjoy one-of-a-kind themed pools, an award-winning spa, a plethora of dining options, and unique experiences during their visit, as well as access a myriad of event spaces at the Events Centre.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Sales and Marketing.
- At least 8 to 10 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, networking and organisational skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Fulfil the assigned Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.
- Proficient in account management and forecasting methodologies for business gains.
- Proficient in the presentation and selling of designated products and services.
- Proficient in the company’s lead generation, selling, and conversion processes.
- Proficient in applications of the company’s sales systems and tools, and processes.
- Proficient in the management of events – bookings, amendments, payments, and reviews.
- Ensure clients remit agreed payments promptly to reduce exposure to financial risks.
- Review the performance of the assigned portfolio and present solutions to gaps periodically.
- Gather and share intelligence within local anti-competition rules to benefit business planning.
- Foster collaborative relationships with key-linkage and operational teams.
- Collaborate and optimize revenues with the Revenue Manager.
- Attend client events and provide service as and when needed.
- Respond to internal and external customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Adhere to statutory regulations and internal guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures
- Undertake department projects and duties as may be assigned diligently and professionally.
- Exude professionalism as guided by the Far East Hospitality Employee Handbook.
