Job Summary: The Assistant Director of Operations supports the strategic and day-to-day operational management of assigned service lines and clinic functions. This role partners with executive leadership to drive performance, optimize workflows, and ensure alignment between operational execution, patient care needs, and financial performance. The Assistant Director plays a key role in implementing organizational initiatives, supporting clinic leadership, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards while promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Provides operational oversight and support across assigned clinics and service lines to ensure alignment with organizational goals and performance expectations Partners with Executive VPs, VPs, and Director-level leadership to implement strategic initiatives and operational improvements Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) including productivity, schedule utilization, patient access, and clinic efficiency; identifies trends and drives improvement strategies Supports development and execution of staffing models, scheduling optimization, and resource allocation across clinics Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards (AAAHC), and organizational policies and procedures Assists in budget monitoring, expense management, and operational financial performance Leads and participates in cross-functional projects to improve workflows, patient experience, and care delivery outcomes Coaches and supports clinic leadership to drive accountability, engagement, and performance improvement Promotes effective communication and collaboration across departments to support high-quality patient care Supports implementation of organizational initiatives including process improvement, technology adoption, and performance optimization Demonstrates commitment to organizational mission, values, and a culture of continuous improvement Performs all other duties as assigned Benefits Overview: Medical and Prescription Drug Coverage: Three comprehensive plan options (Buy-up, Base, and High Deductible) through UnitedHealthcare's Choice Plus network, covering various deductibles and out-of-pocket limits.
