(subject to review and approval) About the Role: We are seeking a motivated individual to join the Sterilising Services Team with Canberra Health Services. Under limited direction, the Sterilising Services Assistant Director, Operations, is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the operational team, including implementing and ensuring ongoing compliance with national standards, CHS policies and procedures, and legislative requirements in all areas of operation. The Assistant Director, Operations has accountability for operational budgets, customer relations, and ensuring a patient focused quality service is delivered to each customer. We are looking for someone who can provide advice on policy, administrative, technical, or professional advice. Someone who has well-developed liaison and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate.
