Translate the programme vision into actionable plans across marketing, operations, guest experience, and cultural initiatives. Manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables for all related projects and programmes. Oversee the development of campaigns, events, and partnerships that reinforce The Peninsula’s global leadership in luxury hospitality. Monitor project budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines. Facilitate bi-monthly Steering Committee meetings and ensure accurate documentation of decisions and actions. Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment with brand values and programme objectives. Prepare monthly updates for executive leadership and ad-hoc reports for senior leadership.    General requirements Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in project management within luxury hospitality, luxury retail, or large-scale brand initiatives, either in-house or consultancy capacity. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities. Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and keen attention to detail. Passion for luxury hospitality and cultural heritage. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
