Soccer Shots is looking for an energetic Assistant Director to join our team! This role is a mix of on-field coaching and behind- the-scenes admin work—perfect for someone who enjoys variety and making a difference. What You’ll Do Coach kids ages 2–9 in fun, engaging soccer sessions (curriculum & training provided). Communicate with parents, schedule classes, and track attendance (admin work is done from home). Recruit, train, and support new coaches while helping build a positive team culture. Grow with us as you take on leadership and program management responsibilities. Help with social media, sales, and marketing.
