  • Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Work, Nursing, or related clinical field strongly preferred.
  • LMSW or LCSW
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple contracts and integrate clinical and community-based services.
  • Experience managing program budgets, working with funder invoicing systems, and understanding the compliance requirements of government and foundation grants.
  • Experience in supervising multidisciplinary teams, including clinical staff.
  • Working knowledge of HIV/STI/HCV testing protocols and clinical linkage to care

Responsibilities
  • Management of program deliverables, contract documents, strategic work plans, and required reports to funders to ensure adherence to contractual agreements.
  • Oversee programmatic budgets and monthly invoicing, working closely with Finance and Grants Management to ensure spending aligns with approved budgets and grant terms.
  • Ensure timely submission of financial documentation and compliance with funder-specific invoicing and reporting requirements.
  • Work with the Managing Director to develop and implement effective outreach, clinical testing protocols, and prevention strategies including community education events, drop-in center operations, and digital engagement.
  • Develop outreach efforts to support Housing Works’ Ending the Epidemic initiatives, such as PrEP implementation, clinical engagement, and viral load suppression.
  • Provide effective supervision and performance evaluations to department staff, peers, interns, and volunteers, including clinical staff such as testing personnel and health educators.
  • Oversee relationships and partnerships with community stakeholders to facilitate access to services at Housing Works, including clinical HIV care, PrEP, mental health counseling, substance use treatment, and LGBTQ+ youth services.
  • Serve as a key representative on Clinical Quality Initiative (CQI) efforts to identify and monitor quality indicators, conduct monthly clinical protocol audits, and present findings at internal quality forums.
  • Oversee the implementation of clinical protocols for HIV/STI/HCV testing, PrEP enrollments, and referral processes, ensuring compliance with city and state guidelines.
  • Ensure all clinical staff are trained and up to date on protocols, including informed consent, specimen collection, test administration, result delivery, and referral documentation.
  • Ensure timely linkage to care for all newly diagnosed individuals, and support warm handoffs to Housing Works primary care and behavioral health services.
  • Host and attend presentations to promote Youth Services and maintain linkages with providers offering clinical, social, and supportive services.
  • Collaborate with Housing Works Clinical Services leadership to monitor adherence to clinical quality standards and address gaps in service delivery.
