For more details: https://www.rentokil-pestcontrolindia.com About the Role: The Sr. Branch Manager / Assistant Divisional Manager will be responsible for handling one Branch in a cluster directly and will have 3 to 5 Branch Managers / Assistant Branch Managers with annual revenue of 15 to 20 crore reporting into him/her. He will be responsible for driving sales growth, achieving revenue targets, expanding market presence, and ensuring customer acquisition and retention for the division. The role focuses on strategic sales planning, business development, and performance monitoring in alignment with company objectives. The incumbent will report to the Divisional Manager. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team, and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders. Job Responsibilities: Implement organisational sales and operations goals within the cluster/division. Plan and achieve segment-wise revenue targets (CBU/RBU/etc) as per the AOP. Guide Branches in achieving profitable business and expanding RPCI services in the region. Ensure Sales/Operations KPIs, Collections, Profit and DSO targets of the Branches are achieved as per the AOP Achieve assigned Gross Sales, Jobbing, Product Sales, and Total Sales Revenue targets. Drive Sales and Technicians Productivity as per AOP targets within the assigned cluster. Ensure adherence to credit policy, control expenses, and maintain profitability. Monitor performance of Branches against targets; initiate corrective actions whenever necessary. Monitor competitor activities and gather market intelligence to refine sales strategies. Identify and visit key customers to ensure needs are met and relationships are strengthened. Ensure effective customer contact management and retention strategies. Ensure customer satisfaction levels are high and address escalated complaints when necessary. Participate in customer meetings, organised by branches; monitor promotional activities. Support Branch Managers in promotional campaigns and local marketing initiatives. Conduct performance appraisals of Branch Managers every six months and ensure appraisal transparency across teams. Work closely with Corporate Functions to align activities with annual objectives. Mentor and groom the team, preparing them to take on higher responsibilities and to cascade this mentorship within their teams. Conduct periodic branch visits to identify issues and ensure timely resolution Take the responsibility of one of the Branch from the cluster as Branch Manager. Key Result Areas: P&L Targets and Sales & Service productivity of the assigned cluster. Gross Sales, Product Sales, and Jobbing. Material Cost and other cost management. Effective Complaint Management Customer Retention DSO/Collections Sales & Service/Contract colleagues’ retention. Competencies (Skills essential to the role): Results Orientation Strategic Thinking Customer-Centric Approach Negotiation Skills Collaboration & Team Leadership Adaptability Educational Qualification / Other Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field. Master’s Degree will be an added advantage. The incumbent should have handled Branch Operations successfully for at least 5 to 8 years. Proven experience in handling large teams across operations, sales, or other business functions. Demonstrated track record of achieving performance targets and driving process improvements. Willingness to travel extensively as per business needs. Preference for candidates from a service industry background. Knowledge of Marathi Language would be an added advantage. Since all clusters are in Mumbai, candidates (if selected) can be given responsibility for any cluster based on experience and business requirement.
