RÉSUMÉ DU POSTE

La personne travaillera en collaboration avec deux Chefs de marques et les épaulera dans leurs tâches et les responsabilités quotidiennes, principalement dans un contexte de Trade marketing lié à l’importation de marques internationales. Elle participera à la rédaction de correspondance, à la production de rapports variés, au suivi des demandes, à la compilation de matériel promotionnel destiné aux ventes, ainsi qu’à diverses autres tâches connexes en soutien aux activités de développement commercial sur le marché canadien.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • DEC et/ou BAC en technique administrative, finance ou expérience pertinente d’au moins 5 ans
  • Bilinguisme français-anglais, autant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral
  • Connaissance avancée de Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Connaissance de travail dans l’environnement SAP un atout
  • Connaissance des logiciels visuels un atout

POSITION SUMMARY

The person will work in collaboration with two Brand Managers and support them in their daily tasks and responsibilities, mainly in a Trade marketing context related to the import of international brands. She will participate in drafting correspondence, producing various reports, following up on requests, compiling promotional material for sales, as well as various other related tasks in support of business development activities in the Canadian market.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • DEC and/or bachelor’s degree in administrative, finance or relevant experience of at least 5 years
  • Bilingualism in French English, both written and spoken
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of working in the SAP environment an asset
  • Knowledge of visual software an asset
