Nous recherchons une personne orientée vers le service à la clientèle pour travailler en tant que stagiaire des RH pour notre bureau situé dans le Vieux-Port de Montréal.
ENGLISH VERSION:
Akelius acquires, improves and manages residential properties in the metropolitan cities of New York, Boston, Washington D.C., Austin, Montreal, Quebec City, Toronto, Ottawa, London and Paris.
We are looking for a customer service-oriented person to work as HR Intern for our office located in Montreal’s Old Port.
Requirements:
- Bilingual french and english
- bachelor’s in human resources, Industrial Relations, Business, or related field
- Empathetic, problem-solving oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
- Team player – work effectively with internal staff.
- 6 months of experience minimum
Responsibilities:
- Assist with all internal HR matters.
- Ensure legal compliance by applying local HR laws.
- Support recruitment (reference checks).
- Update HR databases (new hires, departures, leaves).
- Maintain employee records.
- Process employee requests and provide relevant information.
- Prepare internal reports and presentations.
- Collaborate with HR team on ad hoc projects.
