Nous recherchons une personne orientée vers le service à la clientèle pour travailler en tant que stagiaire des RH pour notre bureau situé dans le Vieux-Port de Montréal.

ENGLISH VERSION:

Akelius acquires, improves and manages residential properties in the metropolitan cities of New York, Boston, Washington D.C., Austin, Montreal, Quebec City, Toronto, Ottawa, London and Paris.
We are looking for a customer service-oriented person to work as HR Intern for our office located in Montreal’s Old Port.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual french and english
  • bachelor’s in human resources, Industrial Relations, Business, or related field
  • Empathetic, problem-solving oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
  • Team player – work effectively with internal staff.
  • 6 months of experience minimum

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with all internal HR matters.
  • Ensure legal compliance by applying local HR laws.
  • Support recruitment (reference checks).
  • Update HR databases (new hires, departures, leaves).
  • Maintain employee records.
  • Process employee requests and provide relevant information.
  • Prepare internal reports and presentations.
  • Collaborate with HR team on ad hoc projects.
