WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As an Assistant Kiosk Manager, you will assist the Kiosk Manager with all aspects of store operations, from driving sales to ensuring exceptional customer service. Your leadership skills and passion will inspire and motivate the team to provide an outstanding shopping experience.
The Assistant Kiosk Manager coaches and mentors the entire team, encouraging growth and development.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the Kiosk Manager in building a team of passionate, fashion-focused talent through recruitment and networking.
• Provide continuous training and regular feedback focused on performance to all team members.
• Maximize personal and in-store sales by promoting brand initiatives and delivering a “customer-focused” omnichannel experience.
• Ensure all team members follow company policies and procedures.
• Assist in controlling operational costs by managing payroll and assets.
• Ensure the store’s brand is aligned through impeccable visual merchandising and marketing displays.
