UNITE/DIVISION: Chaine d'Approvisionnement (Supply Chain) TYPE DE CONTRAT: FT/G3; SC/SSA (L3) LIEU D'AFFECTATION: Ngozi CONTEXTE ADMINISTRATIF: Ces postes sont à pourvoir dans les entrepôts du PAM, et les titulaires travaillent sous l'étroite supervision d'un magasinier principal ou d'une magasinière principale. OBJECTIFS ATTACHÉS AU POSTE: Aider à la réception/l'envoi et à la vérification des marchandises afin de maximiser la qualité des opérations d'entreposage et d'atténuer les pertes, et aider à appliquer les meilleures pratiques de gestion des stocks conformément aux normes et directives du PAM en la matière. PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS ET RESPONSABILITÉS (liste indicative et non exhaustive): 1. Aider à assurer la réception et l'envoi des marchandises, y compris leur transbordement (entre camions) et se référer aux documents officiels approuvés (lettres de transport, notes de livraison, etc.) de façon à garantir l'exactitude du comptage physique des marchandises, notamment en vérifiant que la qualité est conforme aux normes établies. 2. Établir et vérifier les documents d'entreposage et de transport et gérer les fichiers confidentiels ainsi que des données précises sur les opérations d'entreposage, afin d'établir sans délai des rapports sur les mouvements des produits conformément aux exigences du PAM. 3. Aider à effectuer quotidiennement, à la fermeture de l'entrepôt, les rapprochements et les vérifications de stock concourant aux systèmes de contrôle interne, conformément aux exigences en matière de gestion des entrepôts. 4. Effectuer les inspections quotidiennes et établir des rapports sur la quantité et la qualité des marchandises reçues/envoyées et manutentionnées, et demander les mesures à prendre au ou à la responsable hiérarchique. 5. Aider à appliquer les mesures appropriées de protection des articles alimentaires et non alimentaires pour assurer le contrôle de la qualité en utilisant les mesures standard de prévention conformément aux procédures établies du PAM et après autorisation de la part du ou de la responsable hiérarchique. 6. Surveiller l'état de l'entrepôt et des marchandises et prendre les mesures appropriées, afin d'aider à utiliser l'espace de stockage de manière efficiente et à stocker les marchandises avec méthode en respectant les normes établies par le PAM en la matière. EXPÉRIENCE SOUHAITÉE: • Expérience du suivi de divers aspects liés aux opérations logistiques. • Expérience de l'appui à la gestion des entrepôts. • Expérience de l'appui à la gestion des inventaires. • Expérience de la saisie des données et de la génération de rapports périodiques. NIVEAU D’ÉTUDES MINIMAL REQUIS: Formation: Achèvement des études secondaires. Connaissances linguistiques: Maîtrise (niveau C) de la langue officielle de l’ONU utilisée dans le lieu d’affectation et de la langue du lieu d’affectation, si elles diffèrent.
