KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Work with TP to define the online selling platform strategies Drive the Sales & marketing plan and strategy while meeting turnover and profit targets on JD and other online selling platforms. Lead and manage online discount principal and make sure each platform running under control. Working collaboratively with multi-functions to ensure successful integration and resource management Partner with the operation team to ensure that online selling channel creates opportunities and traffic to the offline business. Update E-commerce platform look & feel and layout as per brand image. Manage user interface maintenance, site look and feel and display in accordance to sales and marketing targets Presenting performance reviews to senior management and pushing the business forward with entrepreneurial solutions and out-of-the-box ideas   WHAT YOU WILL BRING Must have working experience in JD or TMALL channel for 3 years + Data driven planning, being able to balance between sales and profit B2C distribution & retail dealer management experience is a must Preferred Beauty background, purpose is to make sure the candidate understands of consumer centric spirit and deliver brand image while remaining operational excellence Being able to handle conflict or challenge with good internal personal skill Quick learning, strong pressure resistance Superb communication skills, including strong oral and presentation skills with the ability to communicate and interact at all levels. Good English capability Strong beauty sense and Luxury taste.
