We’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated Assistant Educator to join our Infant Room team. In this role, you’ll partner with the Lead Educator to provide a warm, safe, and stimulating environment where infants can thrive through love, play, and discovery. What You'll Do: Support the Lead Educator in planning and carrying out nurturing, developmentally appropriate activities for infants. Provide attentive care, including feeding, diapering, and comforting infants throughout the day. Foster early developmental skills through songs, stories, sensory play, and one-on-one interactions. Maintain strong daily communication with families through notes, updates, and parent conferences. Keep accurate records including attendance, lesson plans, and developmental milestones. Supervise closely and interact with infants to ensure safety, well-being, and bonding at all times. Help organize and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming classroom environment. Step in with leadership support when the Lead Educator is unavailable. We’re Looking for Someone Who: Loves caring for infants and understands their unique needs for growth, comfort, and security. Has a warm, patient, and gentle approach to caregiving. Can lift up to 50 lbs and physically engage in caregiving routines (lifting, rocking, sitting on the floor, etc.). Has or is willing to obtain up-to-date clearances, CPR/First Aid certification, and health assessment. Is eager to continue learning through ongoing training and professional development. Why Join Our Team? Be part of a supportive, mission-driven staff. Enjoy a nurturing environment where every child—and every educator—is valued. Take part in ongoing training and growth opportunities.
