Your key responsibilities Deliver our ‘learning through play’ ethos and our N Curriculum with care and flair. Follow our daily routine and ensure smooth transitions from mealtimes to naptimes to playtimes. Support the planning of innovative, challenging learning experiences that encourage child development. Support with high-quality observations, assessments, and planning for key children. Help supervise mealtimes in line with N’s safety policies. Complete daily health & safety checks thoroughly, escalating concerns where needed. Build strong, trusting relationships with parents. Embed all policies and procedures into your daily practice. Make sure every area is kept clean and tidy throughout the day. Help with day-to-day tasks that keep the nursery running smoothly. Our Assistant Educators should have...
