Due to department expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Assistant EHCP Officer to join our dedicated Disability Services Department.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that all duties in relation to Education Health and Care (EHC) Plans are delivered to the highest standard and ensuring there is cross-college awareness of the processes involved.
They will support operational aspects of the Education Health and Care process including the chairing of annual reviews of EHC plans for college students, and supporting the transition of pupils with EHC plans into college by liaising with schools and attending review meetings where appropriate.
This is a key role in supporting the college in the implementation of the SEN Code of Practice and ensuring the college meets its legal and statutory requirements for SEND students.
