Assistant ‐ Embellishment - Development (BASED AT MAS KREEDA - BIYAGAMA) MAS KREEDA, is a division of MAS Holdings, exclusively producing high-performance sportswear for Nike. With manufacturing facilities in Jordan, Indonesia, and Sri Lanka, MAS KREEDA delivers a competitive edge by offering quick market access and ensuring top-tier quality control. The division's product range includes Bodywear, Knit, Fleece, Tees, Woven, Sweaters, Engineered Knit, and Bras, showcasing its diverse expertise in sportswear manufacturing. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to continuously look for ways to reduce machine requirement for layouts and ensure machines are available for production, prepare layout, Yamazumi. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Receive embellishment requirements from merchandising and production teams. Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of trims, materials, and artwork approvals. Track orders from sample development to bulk production. Ensure all embellishment processes meet technical specifications and customer standards. Maintain accurate records of sample approvals, orders, and production statuses. Update ERP/PLM systems with embellishment details, approvals, and delivery timelines. Coordinate with QA to review sample and bulk output for defects. Assist in corrective actions when deviations from standards are detected. Follow up with vendors to ensure timelines, quality requirements, and capacity commitments are met. Escalate any delays or quality concerns to the Executive – Embellishment. Support the embellishment team in capacity planning, workflow scheduling, and administrative tasks. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Degree or Diploma in Textile or Apparel Technology. 1–2 years of experience in garment embellishment, merchandising, or related fields.

Responsibilities

The Assistant - Embellishment Development will receive embellishment requirements and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials. They will also track orders and maintain accurate records while supporting the embellishment team in various tasks.
