Assistant ‐ Embellishment Development ‐ Operations Based at MAS Active - Nirmaana Katunayake The Activewear Value Stream delivers high-performance sportswear and athleisure solutions designed for technical functionality, durability and everyday versatility— serving sports, lifestyle and performance segments. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Attend pre-production meeting whilst discussing with relevant teams and customers on all important details of the new style Attend to all issues reported by sewing plants and embellishment plants with relevance to embellishment quality, delivery & timelines, and take initiatives to corrective actions to resolve them Highlight relevant teams such as planning, merchandisers if issues arise which could disrupt production targets and intervene on find out remedial actions Coordination with external parties Email writing in moderate level & presentation skill in moderate level. KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Degree in preferably in Textile and Clothing Pattern making, Grading and marker making Knowledge in Construction and machinery Costing and Consumption calculation Customer Communication Experience Good Communication Skill

Responsibilities

Attend pre-production meetings and coordinate with relevant teams and customers regarding new styles. Address issues reported by sewing and embellishment plants related to quality and timelines, and take corrective actions.
