Assistant ‐ Embellishment Operations (BASED AT Biyagama) MAS KREEDA, is a division of MAS Holdings, exclusively producing high-performance sportswear for Nike. With manufacturing facilities in Jordan, Indonesia, and Sri Lanka, MAS KREEDA delivers a competitive edge by offering quick market access and ensuring top-tier quality control. The division's product range includes Bodywear, Knit, Fleece, Tees, Woven, Sweaters, Engineered Knit, and Bras, showcasing its diverse expertise in sportswear manufacturing. Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to continuously look for ways to reduce machine requirement for layouts and ensure machines are available for production, prepare layout, Yamazumi. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Hold internal development meetings with the art room, screen room, color room, and sample printing technical teams to plan the development process. Collect artwork, fabric, and other needed materials from the embellishment development team, making sure all developments start on time. Record important details like ink type, mesh count, and curing conditions accurately and on time, for use in costing, ordering, and bulk production. Work with the Embellishment Development Team to identify and prioritize new developments for satellite printing plants based on how urgent they are. Coordinate the bulk printing plan with the operations team and give final print approval at least 3 days before the print plan date. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS GCE A/L or equivalent; Diploma in Textile/Apparel Technology preferred. 2 – 3 years of work experience in a similar capacity. Fresh graduates with strong interest in apparel embellishment will also be considered. Good Coordination skills and IT Literacy.
Responsibilities
The Assistant - Embellishment Operations will hold internal development meetings to plan the development process and ensure timely starts for all developments. They will also coordinate bulk printing plans and provide final print approvals.
