We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to build, maintain and implement effective Employee Relations Tools across the plant by critically analyzing trends/ statistics and introducing new initiatives to establish positive relationships with employees and reduce labor turnover and absenteeism thereby, ensuring organizational requirements are duly met. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Monitor absenteeism or ETO on a daily or weekly basis and compile relevant reports to support same, whilst circulating it to the relevant persons in order to support the decision-making process. * Analyze absenteeism and ETO trends or statistics by referring to daily, weekly data in order to predict future calamities thereby, taking necessary action to mitigate same.  * Analyze and monitor module wise carder requirements against the budgeted requirement whilst, taking necessary action to fulfill same in an effective and timely manner thereby, facilitating a smooth operations process. * Conduct meeting, follow-up and support employees to overcome concerns/ queries and facilitate employees in resolving personal/ official issues in order to carry out duties effectively. * Provide uniforms to employees and assign lockers whilst, solving any transport, food or health concerns of employees, allowing them to get involved in the operations effectively and efficiently. * Coordinate with the relevant meetings during the given time frames and ensure that absenteeism and employee turnover is essentially controlled by discussing and attending to issues pertaining to same.   KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS * Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or Counseling or Psychology. * Professional qualifications in Human Resources are advantageous.  * 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience. * Good knowledge of counseling methods and techniques. * Good communication and Interpersonal skills. * IT Literacy and analytical skills.
