About the job As an Inclusive Employment Australia Assistant Employment Consultant your responsibilities will include: Provide comprehensive case management services to participants to assist them to manage employment related barriers, empowering and equipping them with the necessary tools and skills to enter the workforce Help each participant to secure sustainable employment and engage employers through referrals, reverse marketing and on-the-job support Provide continuous support to participants and employers to maximise outcomes, obtaining documented evidence and facilitating workplace adjustments throughout the course of employment Achieve or exceed all KPIs and apply an outcome focused, high performance approach to the role Maintain a high level of administration, compliance and time management in-line with Department requirements based on a sound understanding of Deed and Guidelines Engage with both internal and external partners to connect participants with various wrap-around services such as training providers, allied health services and other community-based organisations About you Demonstrated ability to communicate through various methods with a wide variety of stakeholders A team player with a personal commitment to contribute to a great culture Ability to proactively problem solve, overcome objections, and assist in managing barriers that exist for people living with a disability Performance focused mindset and proven experience achieving business targets and KPI’s Strong computer literacy and confidence navigating complex internal systems Must hold a Driver’s license as travel throughout the region will be required Industry experience is not necessary. Previous experience in customer service, sales, insurance, or industries alike make for a great career transition into Employment Services.
