ASSISTANT ENERGY MANAGER

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Assistant Energy Manager to join our team in Lindsay. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, can think on their feet, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatch fuel delivery trucks and manage daily routes
• Batch and schedule customer fuel deliveries
• Order fuel and lubricants as needed
• Receive incoming lubricant deliveries and manage inventory
• Maintain and monitor lubricant and fuel inventory levels
• Troubleshoot minor truck or equipment issues
• Communicate effectively with drivers, vendors, and customers

Qualifications:

• DZ Driver’s License (preferred)
• Forklift Certification (preferred)
• Strong computer skills (comfortable using dispatch systems, spreadsheets, etc.)
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Previous experience in fuel/lubricant logistics or dispatching is an asset
