JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS

Accel Analytics Pte Ltd is a solution provider for analytical and measurement instrumentation products. Due to our current expansion plan, we are looking for an Assistant Engineer to join our Service Team

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum ITE/Diploma in relevant field
• Relevant training and guidance will be provided.
• Independent, responsible and willingness to learn personality.
• Class 3 driving license will be an added advantage. (Transport allowance will be provided for candidates with own transport)

• Provide comprehensive after-sales support, including installation & commissioning.
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of gas detectors, gas analyzers & liquid analyzers.
• Offer technical consultation to customers, addressing their inquiries and providing expert guidance.
• Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve problems within specified timelines, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Prepare accurate and detailed service reports to document work performed.
