Job Description 一、项目信息管理 1. 负责项目文件、图纸、合同等资料的收发、整理和归档工作，确保资料的完整性和可追溯性。 2. 协助项目经理编制项目日报、周报、月报，汇总项目进度、质量、安全等信息。 3. 维护项目信息管理系统，将文档扫描、存储至系统内，及时更新系统数据及文档。二、项目协调 1. 参与项目例会，负责记录会议内容并整理会议纪要。 2. 协助项目经理收集项目施工合同、设计图纸、工程量清单等资料。 3. 协助项目经理与业主，承包商等单位保持沟通，协调并跟进设计变更，及时反馈施工进度和质量问题给项目经理。三、现场管理协调 1. 参加现场相关会议，记录会议内容，整理会议纪要。 2. 协助项目经理制定项目进度计划，定期检查进度执行情况，及时反馈检查问题。 3. 协助项目经理制定质量安全管理制度，监督施工单位落实质量安全措施。 4. 协助项目经理定期对施工现场进行质量检查，对检查过程中发现的质量问题，及时记录并拍照留存，填写质量检查记录表，明确问题描述。 5. 协助项目经理对质量问题整改情况进行跟踪复查，确保问题整改到位，形成质量检查闭环管理。 6. 参与施工安全事故的调查处理工作，提出改进措施，防止类似事故再次发生。 7. 协助项目经理建立项目成本核算台账，对项目施工过程中的各项费用支出进行详细记录，协助项目经理审核工程进度款支付申请，对成本超支风险进行预警。四、日常管理工作 1. 协助项目经理做好项目团队的日常管理工作，包括人员考勤、绩效考核等。 2. 完成项目经理交办的其他临时性工作任务，如接待来访嘉宾、组织项目活动等。/LP Qualifications 1. 土木，结构，暖通，给排水，电气等机电专业本科以上学历； 2. 语言表达清晰，逻辑性强，良好的沟通及表达能力； 3. 身体健康，能够满足全国各地长期出差的需要； 4. 良好的英语沟通能力； 5. 熟练使用相关办公软件：AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office。 Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
