Job Description: Assistant Engineer (Aluminum & Joinery)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Engineer to join our team specializing in aluminum and joinery fabrication. The ideal candidate will support the engineering and production teams in designing, planning, and executing fabrication projects, ensuring high-quality standards and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design, planning, and execution of aluminum and joinery fabrication projects.
  • Prepare and review technical drawings, material specifications, and cost estimates.
  • Supervise fabrication and installation processes, ensuring quality control.
  • Coordinate with contractors to meet project requirements
  • Assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving during manufacturing and installation.
  • Maintain project documentation and support the procurement of materials.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in aluminum, metalwork, or joinery fabrication is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of fabrication processes, materials, and installation techniques.
  • Good project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per mont
