I. THE JOB

• You will provide prompt technical support to ASEAN subsidiaries, distributors and our valued customers effectively and efficiently.
• You will liaise with Head Office in Japan and/or ASEAN subsidiaries on Quality Assurance matters, which includes Research and Development, too.
• The role requires meticulous attention to the progress and implementation of business strategies for customers in emerging markets.This role involves the coordination of IATF audits with external and internal auditors, too.

Serving as a strategic partner to our Sales Department in their market expansion and the road mapping of our products and brand, the successful candidate will be the technical support specialist responsible for handling customer concerns and inquiries related to the technical aspects of products and services.
