Description

Responsibilities: Lead and supervise the Facilities team to deliver high standards in maintenance, repair, and facility services. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure uninterrupted operations and compliance with safety regulations. Manage and liaise with external service providers and suppliers to secure quality and cost-effective contracts. Ensure all facilities comply with statutory and regulatory requirements, promoting a culture of safety, sustainability, and environmental responsibility. Monitor and control facility budgets, optimize resource deployment, and contribute to financial planning and reporting. Oversee troubleshooting and resolution of facility-related issues promptly and effectively. Collaborate with various internal departments to support operational needs and implement facility-related projects and upgrades. Develop and conduct training and development programs for team members to enhance skills and competencies. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field. Proven experience in facilities supervision or servicing and repair, preferably within the marine or heavy industrial sector. Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, health and safety standards. Capability in managing budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and leadership. Other Information: Location: Gul (Island-wide transport provided) 5 days work week Working Hours: 7.25am to 5.00pm
