What this job involves Create, handle, update, and close daily work orders in the Corrigo system Manage PPM service orders in Corrigo, including creating, tracking, and closing tasks Oversee PPM services and vendor contracts, ensuring compliance and performance Maintain inventory of routine R&M spare parts, equipment, and tools, following JLL and client procurement policies Respond to facility malfunctions and alerts, including remote monitoring, troubleshooting, and onsite resolution Collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality facility management services Maintain professionalism in all interactions with clients, colleagues, vendors, and stakeholders Address non-standard service requests from clients and JLL as needed Supervise weekend PPM and ad-hoc R&M tasks, including alternate Saturday half-day dutie. Report directly to the Regional Engineering Manager Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications Desired experience and technical skills Required Degree in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering / Facilities Management or a related discipline Well versed in statutory requirements of building services and electrical systems and facilities management Strong interpersonal, decision-making and people skills Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and written in English and Chinese Holder of Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
