Job Description Manages all engineering/maintenance operations including maintaining the building, grounds and physical plant with particular attention towards safety, security and asset protection. Accountable for managing the budget, capital expenditure projects, preventative maintenance and energy conservation. Responsible for maintaining regulatory requirements. Assists in leading the emergency response team for all facility issues. Qualifications Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. A degree in in Engineering or equivalent preferrable. Proven experience in a managerial position for a period of no less than five years. Strong technical background with experience in most aspects of the maintenance. Must be able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once and be hands-on in operations. Excellent leadership skills and detail-oriented. Must speak fluent English.
