Contract Period: 2-Year Contract   CLP Power has embarked on a journey to becoming a “Utility of the Future” which is customer centric, agile and digitally‐enabled. The Company is transforming its business toward a new way of working, in which next-generation technologies (such as AI) will play a pivotal role in uplifting its operational efficiency and work performance.   Applications are invited for the above vacancy in the Customer Supplies & Services Branch of East & West Region. Reporting to Engineer, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following major duties:   Key Responsibilities: * Leverage AI and automation tools provided by the Company to support business operation processes and arrange training for internal users * Coordinate work planning and programming, management control for metering field activities and metering projects as well as contractor management * Support vetting schematic diagrams and inspecting customer’s electrical installations to ensure compliance with relevant regulations * Support testing and commissioning for installation and metering systems * Support handling customer enquiries related to meter, electricity consumption and installation inspection * Optimize materials and resources utilization, and control the expenditure within budget * Support procurement and contract management of metering services and equipment * Monitor work progress and quality to ensure the works are done according to schedule and in compliance with relevant specifications, procedures and standards * Support developing and implementing control procedures and practices on project management, metering operations and contractor performance in accordance with relevant safety and quality standards * Carry out any other work-related duties assigned by the supervisor   Requirements: * A recognized university degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with at least 1 year relevant engineering experience * Good understanding on electrical installation, metering technologies and electricity market environment * Good understanding on Electricity Ordinance and COP for the Electricity (Wiring) Regulations * Having practical experiences in AI / automation tools (e.g. Copilot, Power BI, Power Automate, PowerApp) would be an advantage * Proficient in PC applications (e.g. MS Office) and mobile devices in daily work  * Good safety knowledge and mindset with strong sense of responsibility * Strong analytical, communication and coordination skills * Customer-oriented, self-motivated and good team player * Able to work under pressure and tight schedule * Ability to communicate technical concepts, both verbal and written, in English & Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua is a plus   ABOUT CLP CLP was founded in Hong Kong in 1901, at a time when electricity was still a novelty worldwide.
