Description
Responsibilities:   Coordinate Wharf Support Services requests and maintain accurate records. Oversee execution and verify service completion. Manage documentation, billing support, and reporting. Act as the main point of contact for clients and Wharf Support Services team members. Conduct risk assessments and enforce safety compliance. Lead a team in performing Wharf Support Services tasks, including: Mooring ships and handling berthing ropes. Fuel and water replenishment operations. Shore power supply and cable handling.   Requirements:   Diploma in Engineering or related field. Minimum 2 years in operations coordination or administrative roles. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and workflow systems. Strong organizational and communication skills. Class 3 Driving License required. Able to work in outdoor conditions (heat, dust). Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills. Effective stakeholder management. Problem-solving and adaptability in dynamic environments.   Other Information:   Location: Changi Transport provided at or nearby: Jalan Bahar, Pioneer MRT, Boon Lay MRT, Lakeside MRT, Jurong West & East, Jalan Bukit Merah, Choa Chu Kang MRT, Bukit Panjang Plaza, Woodlands, Sembawang MRT, Yishun MRT, Bishan MRT, Ang Mo Kio MRT, Hougang Ave 8, Sengkang Square, Punggol Central, Pasir Ris MRT, Tampines MRT, Tanah Merah MRT 5 days work week Working Hours: 7.45am-5pm
