Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity to work in a role within Western NSW Local Health District for the Dubbo Sector Engineering Service, leading a maintenance team in a regional setting. The Assistant Engineer is responsible for the coordination and delivery of reactive and preventive maintenance in addition to coordinating the trades base located at Dubbo Health Service.
The Dubbo Sector Engineering Service is responsible for providing planned preventative, statutory and breakdown maintenance program for 16 rural Hospitals. The team is a dynamic multidisciplinary team consisting of 47 staff. The main trades base located in Dubbo, plus 15 Maintenance Supervisors in rural health service facilities.
