Effective in managing direct and indirect reports, you will guide individuals to support Client engineering requirements. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Overall Technical responsibility of facilities service delivery for the Engineering Command Centre To manage comprehensive engineering and facilities management services Assists the Engineering Manager and works with staff and make certain they qualified and trained to perform the duties they are expected to carry out. Assists in the performance of installation, maintenance, repair, and operation of mechanical, electrical, and power generation equipment and systems. Operates systems in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with government regulatory compliance and standard operating procedures. To achieve financial and other KPIs established by the clients and Assistant Regional Engineering Manager/Senior Engineering Manager. Delivery of services in accordance with the client’s Management Agreement SLA. Critical Environment Management (CEM) Comply with regional standard for CEM incorporating Client and JLL and local statutory requirements. Participate in site reviews including maintenance standards, equipment replacement, security, change control, single points of failure, adherence to Tier classification and operational risk. Ensure completion of, and compliance with, audit processes. Support service delivery team on critical equipment maintenance and upkeep. Assess critical failures and determine preventative actions to make safe, identify, analyze, rectify and report on improvements. Account Engineering Engineering operations and management of critical environments Implement the regional standard for engineering operations incorporating Client, JLL and local statutory requirements. Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) programs, maintenance and repair via vendor service contracts or JLL self-delivery. Review the maintenance/service scope of M&E Contractors to deliver quality work practices in line with manufacturer recommendations and JLL standards. Establish Engineering & Operational procedures and roll out for site staff Responsible for delivery of services in accordance with the clients’ Management SLA Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations The single point of technical issue at the site Implement the energy management programs to reduce the cost on utilities Managing all contract vendors to carries out technical audits/ maintenance for all installation as schedule Develop of technical service standard Initiate planning of Critical Environment procedure Provide solutions for technical issue Initiate a system to measure the quality of performance on a monthly basis Initiate Preventive Management Program Responsible for Early involvement in Facilities Operation and provide advisory service during Site Inspection and Project Development Solution Provision for minor projects and coordinating with contractors/vendors from initiation to completion Management and supervision of preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance on engineering systems via system vendors or JLL technician team Management of parts inventory and life cycle replacement Maintenance of as-fitted drawing and O&M manual Assist to complete the clients/JLL audits on engineering systems and services Establishment and implementation of engineering budgets Operate CMR and BMR tickets Organize power downs Communicate with the BMO/ Landlords for building issues for the clients operations and interests 24 x 7 emergency call support and site attendance as required Preparing incident reports Assist monthly FM report Vendor Management Management of all contractors on site to ensure they perform to the required standards (including inspection of vendors’ works) Manage the procurement of vendors and services as required University degree in mechanical / electrical engineering or other related engineering discipline. 5 years plus experience in facilities management, critical engineering and/or building services.
