As a vibrant Catholic learning community sponsored by the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur, we focus on personal faith formation, academic excellence, and social responsibility.We are looking for a Full-Time Assistant Enrollment Director to support both the Cuvilly and High School Enrollment Directors. This role is essential in advancing our enrollment initiatives and enhancing our vibrant campus community. If youre a proactive leader who is passionate about creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere, wed love to hear from you!Offerings: Comprehensive Health Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance to support you and your family.Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA): We cover 60% of the first part of your deductible to ease your healthcare costs.Generous Paid Time Off: o4 weeks of vacation to rechargeo4 personal days for your well-beingo6 sick days to take care of yourself when neededoPaid Family Medical Leave to support you during significant life eventsKey Responsibilities: Engage in recruitment activities by representing NDA at local admission fairs and events, interviewing applicants, and meeting with prospective students and families.Assist in organizing and executing admission events, including open houses, information sessions, on-site testing, and school-day visits.Oversee daily admission operations, including processing prospect and applicant materials, preparing all admission reports and performing data analysis.Deliver outstanding customer service through communication with prospective students and families via phone and email.Collaborate on the development of admission marketing and communication materials that align with the schools brand strategy.Facilitate the review and selection process for admission candidates by preparing applicant files, evaluating applications, and participating in committee discussions.Manage the distribution of all applicant correspondence, admission decisions, acceptance packages, and related materials.Support the planning and execution of Admission Department events, such as open houses and new parent gatherings.Assist with larger events, including parent coffees, shadow days, and orientation activities.Perform additional duties as assigned by the President or their designee.Collaboration and Development: Work with colleagues to create a positive working and educational environment.Attend and engage in faculty and staff meetings and professional development activities.Qualifications: Proficiency or ability to learn database, design, and workplace software tools including Ravenna, AdminPlus and Microsoft Office Products Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerpointStrong writing skills3-5 years of Admissions experience Bachelors degree or advanced degree preferredThe Ideal Candidate Posses: An understanding, commitment, and appreciation for a Catholic, all-girls educational environment and NDAs mission and core valuesStrong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skillsProfessionalism, accountability, and customer service Knowledge of business office practices and procedures preferredAt Notre Dame Academy, we celebrate diversity and strive to create a working and learning environment that reflects our community.
