Job Title – Assistant Entertainment venue manager required
Location: Home Farm Holiday Park, Burnham-on-sea, Somerset.
Hours: Basic 30 per week, but will increase during school holidays.
Mainly 5 days per week and will include weekends & bank holidays
Contract: Until November 2025
Salary: £15 per hour
Expected Start: Within 4 weeks

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Personal licence
First aid at work
Level 2/3 Food Hygiene
Strong management experience in this type of role
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: £15.00 per hour

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently looking for Assistant Entertainment venue manager required
A can-do attitude and not being afraid to ‘muck in’ is essential. You will be overseeing the effective set up and operation of the venue whilst leading a team of bar, catering, security, entertainment & arcade staff.
You will need to have a proactive attitude towards working on the floor, behind the bar and supporting the entire staff team with their duties.

MAIN DUTIES / REQUIREMENTS TO INCLUDE:

Train new starters
Answer Customer queries
Help to create a happy & safe environment for both staff and guests
Daily cash up
Cellar management
Opening / Closing procedures
Manage stock order, control and rotation
Assist with Training & Development of new and current employees, to ensure that all employees are trained to the recognised standards.
Ensure a safe working environment by complying with current legislation with regards to Food Hygiene Regulations, HASAW Act, COSHH & HACCP
