What you will do: Develop and manage information structures and document handling systems to ensure efficient operations. Coordinate travel arrangements, calendars, and meetings in alignment with the stakeholder account's requirements. Perform localized administrative tasks such as Purchase Order (PO) creation, expense reporting, and vendor coordination while ensuring compliance with company and local regulations. Oversee and improve administrative tools and processes to enhance workflow efficiency. Serve as a trusted point of contact by professionally liaising with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and resolving issues promptly. Stay flexible and proactive in addressing dynamic requests, priorities, and changes in a fast-paced environment The skills you bring: Fluency in English and Thai, with good verbal and written communication skills. Strong planning and organizational skills, ensuring timely execution of assistant and administrative tasks. Expert multitasking and prioritization abilities to handle high workloads and shifting priorities under pressure. Technological proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams, ERP systems, and electronic document management software. Experience in administrative process improvement and familiarity with Purchase Order (PO) handling (Preferable) Cultural awareness and understanding of local administrative requirements and practices in Thailand. Professionalism, discretion, and trust-building in handling sensitive information and communications with high-level stakeholders. A proactive mindset for problem-solving, with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues promptly.
