Description
Overview We are seeking detail oriented, self-motivated, and a great communicating team player to fulfill our full-time Assistant Escrow Officer position. As an Assistant Escrow Officer, you will have the chance to learn from top performing Escrow Officers in the business while working alongside them daily. Duties • Answer incoming calls, monitors pipeline and provide updates of all pending and missing items to clients • Maintain excellent client satisfaction though proactive communication and professional service • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, borrowers and vendors involved in the closing process • Review signed closing and title documents for accuracy after closing • Monitor and maintain the daily funding report ensuring loans are disbursed in a timely manner • Ensure that all documents associated with each transaction are on record with the necessary county in a timely manner Education High school diploma or equivalent. Experience • Escrow, real estate, accounting or legal experience required.• Experience with production system SoftPro preferred.• Knowledge of the closing process, math calculations, TRID and CFPB requirements preferred.• Confident, high level work ethic, with a strong sense of urgency, and a closer mentality.• Ability to prioritize and handle time effectively.• Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
