Our client is seeking an ambitious Assistant Estimator to join their pre-construction team. You will support the preparation of accurate cost estimates for various construction projects, working with senior estimators, project managers, and the commercial team. RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Assisting with tender preparation and cost estimates
• Undertaking quantity take-offs from drawings
• Producing Bills of Quantities and enquiry documentation
• Liaising with the supply chain for quotations
• Supporting cashflow profiles and cost plans
• Maintaining resource databases for rates
• Assisting with bid submissions and site visits
