YOUR NEW ROLE

Our client is seeking an Assistant Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team and support a variety of groundwork and civil engineering projects across North Wales and the surrounding regions. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior or early-career QS or Estimator looking to develop their skills in both pre-construction and project delivery, working alongside an experienced and supportive senior team.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Assisting with preparation of cost estimates, tenders, and pricing documents for new projects
• Supporting the procurement of subcontractors and suppliers, including analysing quotations
• Measuring quantities and reviewing project drawings and specifications
• Assisting with contract administration and managing variations
• Supporting project cost control, including valuations and cost reporting
• Liaising with site teams, suppliers, and clients to support efficient project delivery
• Maintaining accurate records and assisting with the preparation of final accounts
• Conducting site visits as required to verify progress and support commercial decisions
