You will be responsible for preparing estimates for supply and installation of acoustic glazed partitions to main contractors and fitout contractors. Working closely with the Divisional Director, you will ensure all potential costs and risks are identified so that projects can be secured – and delivered - at the maximum gross profit margin possible.
Once projects are secured by the Divisional Director, you will be involved with the handover to Project Manager, and will assist with monthly applications and contract administration – eg. variations and tracking project profitability, preparation of draft final accounts etc.
