Calmerin Designs and Events (cde) is an event planning, coordinating and design company based in California. We are a family-owned and operated business. We have hosted intimate affairs for 10 guests to more elaborate weddings for 500 guests. We create personalized events that are a reflection of each client’s unique style and personality. We are passionate with a unique knack for both the precise logistics of event coordination and a little humor at the appropriate time, but also the creativity behind eye-catching styling and design.

Responsibilities

o Professionalism is a MUST (happy to assist guests, keep a cool demeanor during stressful situations, “yes, we can do that” attitude, and avoid discussing issues in front of Entourage especially the Bride and Groom)
o Checking on-time arrival of vendors
o Assist with Entourage arrival
o Set-up decorations
o Ensure the venue is ready for guests
o Cue Ceremony/Reception entrance
o Assist guest
o Ensure program is on time by cueing DJ/Photographer/Videographers/Entourage
o Clean-up
o Assist with any issues that occur by providing solutions
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.85 per hour
