Greenhouse Winery is an expanding company that is looking for someone to help us better serve our customers. Our ideal candidate would be an energetic, someone who pays attention to derail, a great communicator who is adaptable to any situation. We are looking for a candidate to help with the day to day operations at our main banquet hall and events facility outside Irwin, PA.

BACKGROUND

Greenhouse Winery is a family owned business that has been in operation for over a decade. Our business has now grown to 2 retail locations along with a main banquet and events hall. During the week, we offer wine tastings and a relaxing atmosphere at all of our locations. The weekends are where we host a variety of events, primarily at our banquet hall in Irwin.
We are looking for someone to collaborate with our marketing team to help grow our business and better serve our customers. The ideal candidate would be someone dependable and willing to take the lead on the day-to-day operations of our store. The candidate would be a great team player who is looking to contribute to the fun and exciting winery atmosphere.
We envision the right candidate to be someone who is looking to grow alongside our business, and whose input will be valued equally with our current staff. We at Greenhouse Winery are always looking to improve our business practices, and hope that candidates are excited to help with this process.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Able to empathize with and anticipate customer needs
  • Organized and able to predict tasks that need done
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be available and willing to work some evenings and weekends.
  • Well-organized with multi-tasking skills
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Degree in hospitality management, public relations or relevant field is preferred

Responsibilities
