POSITION SUMMARY:

The Assistant Executive Director (AED) plays a vital role in the overall success of our community. Working closely with the Executive Director, the AED will help oversee operations, staff management, compliance, resident satisfaction, and community engagement. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in a management or supervisory role within assisted living, senior care, or healthcare.
  • Knowledge of local and state assisted living regulations.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for working with seniors and making a positive impact.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or evenings as needed.
